Packaging and Logistics

HY Industries will take great care in packaging your order and ensuring it is delivered on time via your method of choice. Given the wide variety Product sizes and shapes available, we offer a variety of delivery methods. HY Industries is prepared to discuss these options with you.

In some instances, you may prefer our confidential shipping option. At your request, we will use unmarked packaging and paperwork and ship the order in your name to protect the relationship you have with your customer.

We are happy to coordinate logistics for delivery to your job site or a location of your choice. If you have special loading or unloading requirements — if your location does not have a dock, for example—we work with you to ensure safe delivery of your selections.

Pallet or crate shipping standards

For the goods on the pallet, a cardboard pad called a “paper pallet” will be placed on top of the wooden pallet. Place the product on the cardboard pad of the packaging material and secure it. To prevent damage, the size of the product will not exceed the size of the pallet. If necessary, multiple cardboard pads will be used on top of the product. This can separate the product from the packaging and avoid crushing the product. Cardboard will be added to the top of each product to avoid friction between the two products during transportation. Add corner boards at the four corners of the packaging to protect the edges of the material.

Binding transportation standards

All binding are fixed at both ends. The materials and products will not overhang or exceed the pallet. Lighter and shorter materials will be positioned on top of any heavier or longer material. The products are banded at least twice and often three times to properly secure the material.

International transportation
